I love reading Dave's posts. Reminds me of my younger brother. He has been doing restorations for years as a hobby and does most of the body work himself.
He told me what he pays for a good paint job a few years ago when he was building the '69 Camaro in the pics below. I spun my head around and gave him a giant "WTF" look. ??
He said, first of all, good paint is really expensive. Second, the good guys aren't cheap. I said "OK then". Nuff said. End of story.
