Almost perfect treestand rifle for Volunteer State Highland Rim Swamp Transition Area. Sat on stand for Five hours this a.m. W this elderly TC Carbine w 16-in. Threaded .300 Blackout MGM bbl. Youth stock and Silencerco Harvester. No joy in Mudville, but saw a bobcat too far away to shoot scurrying back to swamp, 2 Redtail Hawks trying to make baby raptors, crows mock fighting, squirrels courting, geese flying 15 yards over my head, etc.

Good morning with temps in low 20s for half the morning. Son & I saw multiple does, but had made buck only pledge. Be in stands again on Thanksgiving. [img:left][Linked Image][/img]
