Put my 1978 10/22 (bought new in Red Bluff, California in June '78 for like $79 out the door) into an International yesterday. Bought that off one of our SRO Sgts. for $25.

Reason is simple: time to refinish the original walnut stock that has great figure for a loss-leader pre-beech gun.

Also cleaned the action for the third time in 36 years. Epic crud. Think I'm near 50,000 rounds through this ol' gal.

Anyways, the International plus a Micro T1 has converted my All-American Classic into a EuroTrash killing machine.

Zeroed at 50 yards with Velocitors. Used one to punch all the way through a coyote's skull from another rifle last summer. This svelte dog will Hunt!
