Interesting. I’ve used several sets of Talley LW ring mounts. Biggest gun was 270 WSM. carried that one around for a week in a scabbard in NWT. Have not had a failure. After reading these posts, I won’t be buying any more of them. Did break the bolt handle off a R 700. Had a stuck case and I beat the hell out of the handle with the palm of my hand. Broke it off. Sent to REM, they replaced the barreled action.
