I had some on a Melvonized CLR in 300 win then I rebarreled to 7 weatherby. Shot maybe 500 through it, had a light scope, a Leupold no less, with no issues, but no dialing with it.
Also guess I was lucky, to many posts with pics of actual breaks to not be an issue in my estimation.
