Interestingly enough, just before finding this, I had called Talley about replacing a screw that had broke off on a different mount,
aalf, this reminds me, in addition to the three failures previously referenced, I had a screw head break off same as you. I was told by Gary at Talley that there was once a bad batch of screws and a lot of heads were snapping off. I looked at a safe full of Talley's thinking, damn!
