Ticer did not specify if the officers were fired or resigned, but he said he was involved in that "process."

I hope that they got fired, but probably not. So many times, officers "resign" so that they don't have a bad work history. If they are fired and law enforcemnt credentials cancelled, it's harder for them to get another job.


The city is probably hoping saying they're sorry will make it all go away....it won't. Maybe some short term lessening of public criticism, but this is not going away. A federal lawsuit was already filed.
