Absolutely no problem. You will be driving in the opposite direction of rush hour traffic. You avoid it anyway with C470 that loops northwest to I-25. It is a cruise and the mountains are pretty. I and my family both fly in and out of Denver whenever we have to go anywhere. I have only flown out of Cheyenne once in 14 years.
