Do you know the difference between What you claimed,that Jesus came to affirm the law, and what the scripture says,that Jesus came to fulfill the law? It doesn't seem that you do.

Do you know that when Jesus said " Except your righteousness exceed the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees, you shall in no wise enter into the Kingdom of Heaven." he was not saying that you must keep the law better than them. It doesn't seem that you understand this.

These scriptures will show you that Jesus fulfilled the law of the old covenant. They will also show you that the old covenant is no longer valid. It has been done away with by God and he has made a New Covenant with his Chosen.

You cannot live by the old covenant law. The law was never even intended to make you right with God. It was intended to show you how sinful you are and show you your need for a savior.
