For the don't give a darn culturally rugged type, look at real estate prices around Winnemucca. A while back there was a section of sagebrush hills for $60k. 40s for $10-12. But, if you only seen the country from the highways you'd likely think there's nothing there... They have torn down the brothels... RIP.
