Logan (Cache Valley) is getting way too crowded for my liking. I would settle a few miles west, in the Tremonton / Brigham city area. Tax wise, Utah is not friendly to retirees. They tax everything, Social Security, 401k, pension, etc. I would consider Wyoming for lower taxes and a lower cost of living.
