Idaho prices are going up rapidly. I love it there, and it's a beautiful place. The Boise area is in what's called the "banana belt" - less snow and more pleasant overall temps than most of the state.

If I hadn't retired in the Reno/Sparks area, I'd have gone there. The only thing I have against Reno is the same thing I have against Idaho - lots of people are fleeing CA, and guess where they're heading?
