Others said it was like a 3 day flu, but kinda different, and the recovery didn't take long after.

Company policy has them test neg twice I think before coming back.
2 weeks is paid if positive, after that you're on sick leave, which is not much money.

Those that got it are back at work and doing fine.
Only one claims some effect and its doubtful that deadbeat employee is truthful.
