He was privately talking about how bad he knew it was, while publicly downplaying the seriousness and going against advice put down to specifically stop Pandemics from happening. He did stop planes.. which was a good thing. Maybe he should tell the American people the rest as well.
As a result, literally tens of thousands of Americans died because Trump didn't warn people when he knew.
