This includes CDC, WHO, Fauci, Birx[I'll even throw in Cuomo although he's clearly non-medical unless brain dead fits]...all involved. Exactly who else besides Trump is on the hook for all of these deaths? Remember: Trump was going against his own instincts and following/doing what the experts named above were saying to do.
