Explain to me why its o.k to corner cross somebodys private land to hunt public but a NR doesn't even have to corner cross private to hunt federal wilderness land to hunt unless you have an outfitter. Its still denying hunters access to public land unless they have an outfitter. Or is it you wanna pick and choose what Public land to open up.
