If anyone every wanted to know what a bureaucrat really does, this thread highlights at least the LEO version of bureaucracy.

As for who is the bureaucrat, it's the guy defending those who didn't act to save the kids and who also thinks that using hand sanitizer as kids are getting slaughtered is appropriate cause you never know when you'll have to provide first aid (ignore the fact that unlike a doctor going into surgery, that LEO wasn't in front of someone who had their guts splattered and thus was likely going to be full of germs and dirt at the time he was called on to actually render first aid).

Whether or not the hundreds of LEO on the scene followed protocol really doesn't mean a damn thing to anyone other than the scumbag lawyers who thrive on these types of claims.


Eliminate qualified immunity and you'll eliminate cops who act like they are above the law.
