I found sticks to be an essential component of my African hunting and I learned how to use the bipod type. Py PH had two types, one a home made device lashed together by some twine and the other was a commercial affair with telescoping legs and a canvas "sling" to rest the rifle on. Here in the states I used the Stoney Point with no issues.
