I would also like to extend my apologies to the originator of this thread, and I certainly hope you gained some useful information. In the end it was a most productive thread in several ways, we all learned something about the use of shooting sticks both from professionals and from neophytes and perhaps more important of all, we weeded out a troll who's been polluting this site for far too long and for that we have all of us to thank. jorge
