????. the point IS if that McDonald's were THAT BAD, they would have gone out of business years ago and if a 6.5 or whatever boutique caliber you like were THAT much superior to an 06, the likes of Remington etc would be producing more of them than the 06.
No. The point IS that McDonalds and '06's appeal to those that don't know any better and in the end, they both are turds. A fella that doesn't think shaving drift, drop, and recoil to get the same result, aint thinking.
The moral of the story is getting more for less, which doesn't take much effort on both accounts. Like McDonalds, if you got a buck in your pocket and an empty stomach, have at it. But don't fool yourself thinking its "better" cause billions are sold.
With that statement (in bold), the discussion is pretty much over, you know, like saying the 16bore guage went away because it was so good...Or like the 6.5, try finding a box..but that reasoning didn't catch on either.
