I like them. A lot of red on the skin side of the meat but once that is cut off and all of the oil rinsed out of the white meat they fry up pretty damn good. Caught that one jigging for crappie, was hooked right in the end of the bill. Hell of a fight on a 7' light action rod with 14# Fireline.

The last time that bear ate a lawyer he had the runs for 33 days!
