Good evening to you sir, I hope that the week treated you and yours acceptably and this finds you well.

It's been about a week and a half for me, so since the Famous Grouse in the glass is now done, I'll just say a quick thanks to everyone for continuing additions to the grand viewing thread.

Many of these have been posted previously, but hopefully it's okay if I put a few up from the girl's lives.

Took a drive with Dad one October day.


A little later, getting some firewood with me, supper ran across the log haul road.


Some years later - mere moments to the Old Man - a day off from school on another October day.


Since they literally grew up in the mountains, it was natural they'd take up hunting themselves - so it was that their respective first deer were 5 seconds and 15 yards apart. The absolute best hunting day in my life - after a lifetime of time afield.
