Lapua, I have had all of those except the 6.5PRC, do have a 6.5-06 and that is pretty close. The Lapua was fun, but the cheap umm I mean thrifty side didn't like the ammo expense. Have a heavy bbl 308, too boring Loved the two 6.5 Creeds I built for friends very easy to get shooting bugholes 300 Mag, hunted with one exclusively for 7 yrs love it, a little much recoil for me to be precise at long range The 280 AI is lookin good, 1/8 twist, 180 gr eldm.... nice manners and performance Also considered the 7saum, not sure it is worth the trouble over the 280?
Never had a 6.5-06. Same as a 6 creedmoor? Which I have. 6mm Creedmoor is bad a$$
