Took me many hours on the stone to recontour it to a zero bevel, but once you've achieved it, you've got yourself a super sharp blade that's easy to keep that way.

You've also got a very delicate edge that's easily chipped or rolled. Fine for a slicer. Not what I'd want on a big, heavy duty knife.
