The OP has a point, however the world does not revolve around his perfection. If you're the kind of person that doesn't have the integrity to confront evil, it will just keep on doing what it does. I had a SgtMaj tell the SNCOs that using foul language in front of or directed at Marines under our care would be facing NJP. This isn't recent, it was in the early 90's. He never visited the squad bays and heard what the Marines were saying to each other, another clueless "leader". Quit trying to force everyone into the same bland vanilla lifestyle. You want to live and act like a 90 year old spinster, more power to you. I'll not live my life that way, everyone gets a basic level of respect, until you show you deserve none.
