Yeah, just admit you were wrong and move on. You can’t argue that you couldn’t have known better because plenty of people DID know better and told you so. You either chose to ignore them or you got the vaccine for other reasons. That’s fine, just don’t pretend that the people who warned you were only accidentally right.
As for Trump, he isn’t infallible. He made plenty of mistakes and the Covid issue is probably his worst. Had he adopted the DeSantis approach, he would probably still be president and the economy would still be rolling.
