Covid was a real thing. But absolutely NONE of the responses to it were correct or appropriate. Accept that and admit it. If you were fooled, accept it and admit it.
There is no equivocation. Accept that. Admit it. Move on and be smarter in the future. If the media, the politicians, and Twitter want something, then it is wrong. That should be your default.
