Hehe! I think you're close to being right Brad,as far as cartridges are concerned......if it fits within the confines of a bolt action rifle that can be carried easily by one guy and shot from the shoulder,it was pretty generally "all over" by 1965.........
Ain't been much new since then....just minor tuning....
