Speaking of water(and dogs) we were down checking river levels/pumpsites yesterday and my dad's heeler jumps down the bank onto the shore ice. Where he promptly fell through and into the water. He freaked for a second and then scratched his way back to the dirt.
Just a backwater or he'd of been toast.
Global warming, we've had cows walk across this spot before. The way this 'winter' is going the ol' River ain't gonna ice over for the first time that I remember.
