Yup, that's a humpy. I've eaten them when they were bright and right out of the ocean. They were fine with a real mild meat. They turn real quick though and aren't any good for freezing IMO. I've got a buddy that cans and smokes up a bunch and I think that's what they're best suited for. Too many other tasty salmon to catch for me mess around with them a whole lot. Still, when nothing else is cooperating it's fun for the kids!
