A Change of Pace (literally)

Yesterday Me & Ole Harley went on a Road Trip:
All was in State here and probably only residents would recognize any specific photos.
I have had Harley for 4 years and this is the LONGEST day ride I've made so far on Him.





My Longest Day Road Trip was in 2011....547 mi, all in State, on my 1200 Suzuki Bandit NO lollygagging constantly moving except Lunch.

Yesterday's ride was an elongated loop. We have some great bike hwys in N--- NC Ark.
Hwys 16, 27, 23, 123 are just a few which are terrific for bike riders.

Hwy 23 is called "The Pig Trail" here in Ark for 2 reasons.
I stopped for a snack at a scenic overlook on 23.



There were A LOT of bikes on the road yesterday and several went past me while I was here.
This group of guys was from Kentucky and we had a pleasant visit.
There were more bikes but not parked close enuff for all to be in pic.



I left home around 8:30 AM and the clock in pic shows time when I got home.

Not too bad for a 71 yo Old Phart
