The reason it's essential to face real causes, instead of fairy tales, is that the ruling establishment wants to impose on us the explanation for black failure being the result of Whites keeping them down through institutional racism and discrimination. The solution they seek to impose is systematic discrimination against, and disadvantaging of, White people, which they call a policy of equity.
