There is no *real* solution. The problem was baked in the cake when large numbers of blacks were brought into America a few centuries ago.
Now the country is being flooded with with Hispanics who hate blacks. That situation is going to get very interesting in the next few decades.

No there's no complete solution to the problem. But Caucasians in America still have the option of relocating to areas that are predominantly white. That's already started.
