You said individuals can pursue their own happiness, not me.
Fundamental to our social contract is that we believe all people have a right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.". It's assumed that whereas any competing interests or obligations are concerned, regarding these rights, that healthy, self actualized adults are constituted so that they may navigate them.
So they are free to rob, rape and pillage

We might see some changes in the volume of this kind of nonsense. Heard on the radio a couple days ago that when the Republicans take over January 3rd they are going to start going after these liberals in government positions who commit criminal acts while in their job positions. In other words, they will get fired and lose their pension. That might get their attention. LOL
