So your solution is to increase policing and adjust criminal justice procedures based on the genetic makeup of a respective region?
Let's apply the laws against crime as we traditionally did, and create the consequences for criminal behavior that we traditionally did, apply all the laws without regard for race, let the chips fall where they may, and we will have safer streets.
So then DNA will no longer be a factor but it will still kind of be a factor?
