lol , in addition to not wanting a job it appears they do not want school either. Have you seen the stats for school drop out rates ? Stats on who causes the most disruptions and disciplinary problems in school. Truancy rates ? Stats on which demographics parents do not get involved with school nor give a rats asss about what is taught. Not to mention our entire education system needs a complete overhaul , and not just for minorities.
And the schooling is freaking free.
