Damn, this is turning into a tribute to all of my pals who have moved on to the happy hunting ground....glad I've always been a camera guy. These photos help keep them close to my heart.
My boyhood pal, Howard Wagonhals, with his first buck, taken November 23rd, 1973, in the Bridger Range, just north of Bozeman. We were both 16, and hunting on our own.
Howie was killed in a car wreck on November 22, 1979.
