Scallops wrapped in bacon, seared real quick and put on the Traeger are a favorite.



I like them like that too, though a simple quick sear is what I usually do. When they are fresh off the boat I can eat a pile of them raw. They go great with cold beer! We finished up the last of ours last night. Got to wait until next fall to stock up again!
