My folks are in town and wanted to go to Homer for a few days. The old man isn't able to go out on a boat anymore with his Parkinsons, so we just did a bit of shore fishing from the spit. Caught some cod, pollock, Irish Lords, flounder, and even a few ping pong paddle halibut. There's worse ways to spend an afternoon.
