Ya man, they outlawed the use of hounds in 96', damn things are thick!!! Problem is, the country on the westside, "where I live" is so damn thick you very seldom see them. We're allowed 2 a year, tags are cheap, but boy they're tough to get!!
I was gonna say, getting one without dogs is about like winning the powerball.
