It was a gift, from Friends in Toronto, who order a special edition, from the same sugar shack in Quebec, every season.

Our typical maple syrup is Kirklands, & there is nothing wrong with that.

This is both richer & cleaner tasting, as best I can describe it.

No bitterness/burnt taste, but with added flavour.

I DO NOT WANT TO GUESS HOW $$$$$$, this actually is !
