I only eat breakfast, on the weekends, when I've got time to cook & enjoy.

Weekdays, 2 x 16oz black coffees, 1 at home & 1 for work. Coupla cigarettes !

I eat dinner leftovers, most lunches, so basically 2 good meals a day.

Most weekends, if we do a cooked breakfast, lunch is a light snack, like crackers, speck & brie.

Deb makes herself 2 protein shake/smoothies, every weekday. 1 for breakfast & 1 for lunch.

Uses homemade, Greek yogurt, she makes in the instapot.
