OK guys FWIW don't forget your coolers!


I have been munching down on this sow I killed down there and it is easily the best wild pork Ive ever had. ( Had some in Texas and Florida that was OK but not spectacular) Even the fat is good.
This week alone Ive had pulled pork,Tacos al Pastor, and last night I marinated a couple steaks in Teriyaki and grilled them. EXCELLENT!
