Wonder why there isn't an increase in fires in BC? the border doesn't stop wildfires, same conditions as in Washington state. I can believe someone starting fires, I have seen that before.
We haven't been as dry in BC this Summer as previous years. We also had much of the timber prone to this kind of fire burn up several years ago. If it stays dry like it has for the last few weeks we might see some more starting up. Time will tell.
