Considering that most animals are killed under 300 yards anyway, (like I posted earlier), all this fooferaw and balderdash doesn't mean much. It just doesn't make any difference whether it's a .243 or a .338, deer are gonna fall over when shot in the right place. That can come from anydangedthing with a good bore.
