Great story Matt, all the more reason he deserves that rifle. Said it before and will say it again. That boy has likely gone through hell sharing his Pappa and having him gone fighting for our freedom yet still puts his head down and plugs away at what must be done with little complaint.
You have every damn right to be proud of that boy and anyone who isn't/ wouldnt be is messed up in the head.

Speaking of which it looks like that 6 position stock will accommodate a single point sling. Thing is I have a nice damn near new Tactical Tailor single point that needs a home. Be damn glad to send it to your boy via a box with your name on it so as to not spoil the surprise.
