Just worked up a 200 Accubond load for my brother to go to on his Kodiak bear hunt this week. Using RL-17 was able to get the 200 Accubond to 2640 fps (16" barrel). Should be a decent setup for the little brush buster rifle.

Couple of years ago I used the 30-06 with 200 gr Nosler Partitions over H4350 for about 2600 fps, and took a grizzly in the Brooks Range. The ol' 30-06 works well on quite a variety of game.
