OK, Ive been working on some "pet" loads for my model 70 last few weeks with 180 Hornady SPs, today i did some verifying tests with 48.5grs RE15, 57grs H4350 & 57grs 4000MR(Alliant)used CCIBR primers & Rem brass shooting at 100yds. Im not done with the 4000MR powder just yet even though it shot those 3 shots in just over 7/8", maybe Ill drop it a half grain and see what I get, or just load more of the 57grs and try again, the 57grs seems to have the velocity edge, albiet by just a nudge, that is if by hitting higher and a bit more right means a higher speed.
