The end result on red deer can be absolutely devastating with a heavy round nose bullet. And I have found the Hornady interlock RN bullets in both a .30/06 and 7x57 to be startlingly accurate.


Bingo. I used to snavel all the Speer RN bullets that went on sale because all the experts wanted spire point bullets to shoot 95% of their animals inside 150 yards. Shrewd.
