I've got two loads worked up right now for my pre-64 win70 .30-06.
The first one uses 58 grs. of H4350 and 165 gr. Horn. Interbonds. This gives me about 2850 fps and sub MOA accuracy.
The second uses 56 grs. of IMR4350 and 165 gr. Ballistic Tips. This gives me a tad better than 2800 fps and is considerably more accurate than the 57 gr. load I maxed out at.
Both of these use Fed210M's in Lapua brass and are both loaded to .020" off the lands.
